Did you know that shea butter contains anti-inflammatory and healing properties? When using products that contain ingredients that aren't good for your skin, it can dry the skin out and cause other skin problems. Using natural ingredients like shea butter, coconut oils, almond butter and so much more can do your body good. Shea Butter is obtained from the seed of the Karite Tree. The Karite tree is naturally rich with vitamins A, E and F. It offers UV protection, it is SPF 6. (Leave that store bought sunscreen on the shelf please that stuff does wayyyyy more damage to your skin than you think.) It's so many natural ingredients that provide UV protection.
Me personally I use shea butter like it's no tomorrow lol. It's a really good healing remedy for eczema, reducing scars and more. I also have been using shea butter on my son since he was born because I didn't trust all the baby lotions that are out there (especially Johnson & Johnson, not even sure why they are still on the shelf but that's neither here or there lol).
There is ALOT of different kinds of shea butters. I know I have tried different shea butters from the store and I wasn't to pleased with the results and others I actually enjoyed. Which is why I am creating my own shea butter line because I know what I want to use ingredient wise and I know the products that are constant and keep you moisturized.
So with all that being said, what is your favorite type of shea butter?

I looooove a whipped butter! It makes it lighter and so much easier to apply! That way it doesn’t feel so heavy, especially if I decide to use it on my hair. I hope to stock up on some I can’t wait for your launch!
